FlowBench website terms

These terms apply to the informational website at flowbench.com.au. FlowBench is operated by Kye Michael Tonkin, ABN 49 476 860 632, in Australia. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.

The Latent application is governed separately by the Latent terms.

Informational use

The website introduces FlowBench, describes published products and provides support and policy information. You may browse it, link to its public pages and print or save policy pages for personal records.

FlowBench aims to keep public information accurate and available, but website content may be corrected, updated or withdrawn. A product description does not override the terms, disclosures or functionality presented in the signed application or by Google Play.

Intellectual property

Unless indicated otherwise, the website design, written content, FlowBench name and original FlowBench and Latent artwork are owned by or licensed to the operator of FlowBench. You may not reproduce them for a commercial product, imply endorsement, remove rights notices or present them as your own without permission.

Android, Google, Google Play and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatibility or a service relationship and does not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.

External links

The site may link to Google Play, provider policies or other external resources. External sites are controlled by their operators. FlowBench is not responsible for their availability, terms, security or content. Review the external operator’s terms before relying on or supplying information to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to break the law, misrepresent FlowBench, interfere with availability, bypass access controls, deliver malicious traffic or conduct unauthorised security testing. Responsible security reports are welcome through the address in security.txt. Obtain written permission before any active testing beyond ordinary browsing.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. FlowBench does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current. To the extent permitted by law, FlowBench is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on general website information or temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent the law permits.
