FlowBench website privacy notice

This notice applies to the public website at flowbench.com.au and to general enquiries sent to FlowBench by email. It does not describe data handled by the Latent application. See the Latent privacy policy for that product.

FlowBench is operated by Kye Michael Tonkin, ABN 49 476 860 632, in Australia. Privacy questions and complaints can be sent to hello@flowbench.com.au.

Information handled by this website

The website is static. It has no user accounts, contact form, analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. FlowBench does not use the website to build behavioural profiles.

Normal internet delivery necessarily exposes technical request information to the systems that deliver the page. This may include an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, browser or user-agent information and network-security signals. The FlowBench site does not keep a site-specific access log. Bounded infrastructure error and security logging may still process enough request metadata to diagnose availability, abuse or security incidents.

Email enquiries

If you email FlowBench, the message may contain your name, email address, message contents, attachments and any other information you choose to provide. Email is processed through Google Workspace.

FlowBench uses enquiry information to:

• read, route and respond to your message;
• provide product or account support;
• investigate faults, abuse or security reports;
• maintain a reasonable record of decisions and correspondence; and
• meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.

Please do not email passwords, authentication tokens, purchase tokens or product recovery payloads unless FlowBench has specifically asked you to use an approved secure process.

Providers and locations

The public website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. DNS, certificate and internet-network providers necessarily process technical requests in their own systems and regions. Google Workspace processes FlowBench email and related metadata in provider-controlled regions.

These providers operate under their own security, privacy and legal obligations. Information may therefore be processed outside Australia, including in Germany and other regions selected or used by those providers.

Retention

Transient request processing lasts only as long as needed to deliver and protect the website. Bounded operational or error records are rotated and kept only for a practical troubleshooting and security period.

Email enquiries are kept while the matter is active and afterwards only where reasonably useful for support continuity, security, record-keeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry rather than an indefinite marketing archive. You may ask FlowBench to delete correspondence; information will be removed where it is no longer reasonably required and no overriding legal, security or dispute need applies.

How information is used

FlowBench does not sell personal information. Website or enquiry information is not used for advertising, behavioural tracking or training artificial-intelligence models. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and email, with professional advisers where necessary, or where disclosure is authorised or required by law.

Access, correction, deletion and complaints

To request access to or correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to make a privacy complaint, email hello@flowbench.com.au. Describe the relevant interaction so it can be located. FlowBench may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information.

FlowBench follows Australian Privacy Principles-style transparency and data care as good practice. This statement does not claim that FlowBench is exempt from, has opted into, or is certified under any particular privacy regime. Rights that apply under law are not limited by this notice.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be published at this stable URL with a new effective or review date. Earlier versions can be identified in the repository history.
